Not much to say today, just wanted to put up a quick update in case anyone regularly looks at this site (tell me if so!). I’ve been getting occasional e-mails from people finding me site which is quite nice. But back on track. School started up again this week so that’s got me busy. Also I finally signed up for Guitar lessons which I’ve been meaning to do for 2+ months now. I’ve finished figuring out the table layout for my checkbook program under MySQL and I’ve set up the server and database, now it’s time to start coding. Maybe I can get to it tomorrow. In other news, I’m wiping the hard drive from my laptop (so I can sell it), and it has been working for over 24 hours at first zeroing the disk (done) and now filling it 8x over with random data so no one will ever get anything off. But it’s only about 50% done so I guess it’s still be going tomorrow night. Having my laptop tied down is cramping my style, which is odd because I almost NEVER moved my old laptop.
