My little saga has, for now, come to a close. Below is my second letter to the CEO of AT&T. Here is what happened since part 1.
Since finally getting my service installed last Monday or so, I’ve had to call them up three different times to get them to fix my speed to be what I’m paying for. The first two times it was at only 1.5Mbps instead of the 6Mbps I was paying for. The third time… my speed was 0.3Mbps.
It, along with 7 different phone numbers that can be used to contact AT&T, are in my letter below.
